Our programs blend physical activity with social-emotional learning to help every child move their body, focus their mind, and strengthen their heart. We believe that when kids learn to move with intention, they learn to lead with confidence, act with character, and connect with others — on the mat, in the classroom, and in life.

The perfect introduction to tumbling for our youngest athletes (4-6yrs)! In this fun and supportive class, kids learn fundamental tumble shapes, beginner skills, and basic gymnastics vocabulary through movement, guided practice, and games. Athletes will work on skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and body control while learning how to safely move on the mat.

This class helps build strength, coordination, balance, confidence, and listening skills, while encouraging a love for movement. Tiny Tumble creates a strong foundation that prepares kids for future gymnastics, cheer, dance, and athletic activities, all while having tons of fun!

Beginner/Walkovers

This class is perfect for athletes who are ready to build strong tumbling fundamentals while working toward front and back walkovers. Students will learn proper body shapes, technique, and key tumbling vocabulary while developing skills such as handstands, bridges, kickovers, handstands, and progressions that safely lead to walkovers.

Kids will improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and body control while gaining confidence on the mat. This class creates a solid foundation for future tumbling skills and helps athletes progress toward more advanced gymnastics and cheerleading techniques.

Stretch & Strength

This class focuses on building the strength, flexibility, and body control kids need to safely improve their tumbling and overall athletic performance. Through guided conditioning, stretching, and core exercises, students will work on increasing flexibility for skills like splits, heel stretches, arabesque's, scales, and scorpions while developing strong muscles to support balance and stability.

Stretch & Strength helps kids prevent injuries, improve technique, and gain confidence in their movement, making it the perfect complement to tumbling, cheer, dance, and other sports.

This class is designed for kids ready to progress into intermediate and advanced tumbling skills, including back handsprings and tuck progressions. Students will focus on proper technique, power, and body control while practicing drills and skill progressions that safely build toward strong handsprings and tucks.

Athletes will develop strength, explosive power, coordination, and confidence, while improving the technique needed for higher-level tumbling in cheer, gymnastics, and other sports. This class helps athletes level up their tumbling with safe, structured training and plenty of encouragement!
