Tia Forlizzi, Founder
Coach Tia Forlizzi is the founder and Head Coach of Total Inspiration Athletics. A coach, mentor, mom, and social worker by heart and training, Tia has built an ecosystem, Total Inspiration Nation, that inspires kids to dream big, work hard, and believe in themselves — while cheering just as loudly for the parents, teachers, and mentors who guide them. Through programs, classes, videos, virtual training, digital products, memberships, and community partnerships, she bridges the gap between school, sports, and home, helping families, coaches, and educators reinforce core values like effort, respect, perseverance, commitment, and integrity. Her mission is simple but powerful: To raise stronger, healthier, and happier kids, families, and communities — one cheer, one conversation, and one act of effort at a time.
