With over 20 years of coaching experience, a masters degree in social work, a love for wellness practices, and a longing for a mentor/friend when she first got in the game,  Coach Tia created The Glow Better Club to make life easier, happier, and healthier for her fellow coaches so they can focus their time and energy on their kids and helping them reach and exceed their goals. 

We can customize your team/program skills camp to meet your needs. Choose tumbling, stunting, or both. You choose number of days and length of each day. We'll create a plan that works to improve skill technique and difficulty. Email Tia@totalinspirationathletics.com

Coach Tia will guest coach at your practice to help you get competition ready. If you did not use our choreography services, guest coaching is $65 an hour which must be pre-paid to reserve your time slot. All scheduling is done on a first come, first serve basis.
